I've been having a search round and in 1 of the topics on here i saw, it could be possible to fit ZX7R front discs to the 400? Can anyone confirm this?
I know there 10mm bigger, but i'm looking at brake options and like the idea of gixxer 6 pots (pads will hang off standard size discs) and thinking of changing discs anyway.
Cheers

Re: Brake Discs
as far as my memory serves me the zx7r are 320mm as opposed to 310mm on the L model so you will either need to change the caliper or use jack up kits to mount the originals, then you need to worry about clearance with the wheel. why do you want to change them?
Don't forget people there is more to the zxr400 than this forum... check out www.zxrworld.co.uk also.

Re: Brake Discs
I'm looking at putting gixer 6 pots on it (have the calipers and sleeves already and some mounting bolts on order), but gixer thou's have 320mm discs, so the pads will hang off slightly, just looking to see if i can eliminate the pad hang off realy.
