Zxr400rr usd forks compatibility
Got a 1997 zxr250 I’m working on and forks are shot. Found a used set of zxr400rr usd forks and they appear to be the same. Anyone know if they’re exactly the same or not. Cheers

Re: Zxr400rr usd forks compatibility
Hi there, ive got both bikes, the forks are different.
For example the 400 forks use 3 points to attach to the mudguard, the 250 forks only use 2...so you might need to cut that part off.
I can't get into the garage at the moment, but I'm wondering if the spindles are different diameters as well, hence the lower clamp wouldn't fit.
