The forks on my zx4 feel like somone's put in golden syrup instead of oil,
Does anyone know how much & what type of oil to use?
It's an F reg 89 ZX4 with RWU forks not a ZXR just to be sure.
Thanks.

If standard then that does sound wrong !
But if they have been modded they might have cartridges inside and that does make them feel very stiff by comparison.
I can get you the info about oil type and quantity but it will be some time after the 4th of Jan. If your in a rush drop zimm a pm as he own's one of these all be it his now has ZXR400H USD's on it IIRC
MM!

Sorted now, the bike hadn't been used for a while and after a quick ride it's ok.
