I have a SP rear shock in my bike, it's a L4 model, just wondering wot the standard settings are for the rebound and compression? Any help, many thanks!

Not sure what the factory settings are but had my Rebound on 3 and compression at 3/4 and was well happy with that

Track use I would go Rebound 4 & Compression 7/8ths but ultimately you just need to keep tweaking till it suits you.

Do one adjustment at a time though until your happy with it.
