Are the front fork springs the same length between the H & L models

Both H and L manuals are available on: http://www.zxrworld.co.uk/
The H manual details a length of spring of 311mm, and the L a length of 325mm. There is no indication of the inner and outer diameters or spring rates, although they can be adjusted for load at the top.
