Hello all!

Recently bought a projext zxr 400 l4 and of the many jobs that need doing the rear shock and/or linkage is seized solid. Any tips on supporting the bike whilst removing the rear shock and linkage?

Hang it by the subframe from the ceiling if you can. Loosen the bolts first tho then do it.

trolley jack under the engine then axle stands under the frame.
Don't forget people there is more to the zxr400 than this forum... check out www.zxrworld.co.uk also.

when i jacked my zxr up i used some rachet straps ,i placed them throught the handles on the under side of my subframe and connected it to the roof beem in my garage
worked a treat
