im rather new to this site but i was wondering if any one could help me
Does anyone know how much fork oil is needed in each fork leg on a 1994 l model zxr 400
???
ive herd that its ment to be 424 ml but i was told is 250ml per leg
any ideas?

i'm pretty sure its 424ml =/- 25ml just done mine if you are completely stripping and rebuilding i think its a bit more. its in the manuals on the site http://www.zxrworld.co.uk

the H has 421 dry or 355ml when just changing oil, so maybe go for the 358ml mark?

do forget deisels excellent guide to fork rebuild! worked fine for me, but i did need a rattle gun for one of the leg bolts.
