hey all im selling a rear shock on egay and ive got some muppet asking stupid questions about it. can anyone help me? this is what hes asked:

Could you tell me pin to fork

to which i replied:
sorry mate i dont understand what you mean?

Could you tell me pin to pin length. and is it adjustable the length between the top bolt restraint and the bottom

i think by this he means the distance from bolt hole to bolt hole. if anyone can help me out id be grateful as its round a mates and i cant get it until sunday afternoon. thanks!!

aye, sounds like he is asking if the shock has adjustable ride hight, and the length between center of the bottom mounting hole to the center of the top

just sent him a message saying it is a standard shock with standard adjustments and sizes. rather worring that he doesnt know what hes buying, unless its for a project bike.

could well be for a streetfighter mate which is why he is asking.
Don't forget people there is more to the zxr400 than this forum... check out www.zxrworld.co.uk also.

no not interested just checking what he means, measure the eye centre of the eye to the eye centre of the fork, and give him dimensions of the holes too if your feeling helpful. believe me mate when i was looking for a shock for my streetfighter the amount of people i asked that never replied was unreal.
