Has anyone adjusted theirs from factory settings?
I know the rear suspension is hard as standard. Would adjusting the damping help.
Went over a bump the other day, around 60 ish. Jarred my back it's been really huring although getting better now
after 5 days or so. I know it's not designed as a tourer or anything but if the roads aren't great, many aren't around here it's very hard on your body.

Adjusted the damping on the rear to setting 1. It was on 2. On 4 it hardly moves!
Yet to test it on the road. Will see how it is before adjust any other settings or the front.
Don't really want ot adjust the front as I can feel what it's doing and get good feedback.
Rode my mate's zx6r 1999. Granted 100 yards into a van but when I braked the front end felt very soft.
