Suspension problem..... please help

hi guys
had a few problems with the suspension on my zxr, so i measured the seat height and its 5cm lower than standard
are there lowering/jack up kits for the zxr that could of been put on? also could the suspension been set up to be that low?
can get photos if needed
any help greatly appreciated

There's a ride height adjustment where the top of the shock mounts to the frame. It basically make the shock longer or shorter to change the height of the seat. I'd imagine you'd need to take the load off the suspension before adjusting it

Hi if you look at your rear shock above the spring there is a mounting bolt that holds it to the frame you may need to take your seatand undertray off to see how much adjustment is there. It shouldn't affect the spring/shock unless you wind the thread up on the actual spring adjuster which isn't the bit you want to be looking at yet

What is it you don't have a clue about ?

The top mounting for the rear shock has a long threaded bit that can be used to adjust the apparent length of the shock therefore changing the ride height
