On the L model, the damping adjustment on the bottom has four settings. When reading the number which number is the setting you have selected? the one to the front of the bike or the one to the rear?

There should be a little 'dot' market in the shock so you know which one is selected, not sure weather its at the front or back tho.

think me needs to get a toothbrush out for a spot of cleaning then.

Out of interest what size c spanner do people use for adjustments. Are the adjustable ones any good?
