i know the tank protector will go on , but im just wondering can i fit those bar ends on the zxr400 ? same with those crash bobins ,

There is no hole in the bars to bolt the bar ends to ZXR 400 bars are solid.
The crash bungs look like they might bolt on to the fairing bracket but why would you its not a very strong bracket and any hea ory contact there will bend/break the bracket regardless of the crash bung.
Proper ZXR crash bungs mount on to the front engine bolts
