During my summer break from studies I worked in an industrial workshop. So I learned basic usage of the lathe.
I decided to make my own crash protectors, not just for money saving, but for the joy of creativity. The material I used is Ertalon and stainless steel. I measured and gave dimensions by myself.

This is the assembly in Solidworks.

Nice work buddy. You should think about producing and selling them.

I think most riders would prefer those from RnG, they are tested and not so expensive.
But if someone has a custom idea, and wants to give his own dimensions, he could probably pm me.

Here are the swingarm Bobbins. You must have noticed that the holes on the swingarm are not symmetrical, so universal bobbins do not fit perfectly on the bike. As you see in the pictures, I took dimensions from the bike so both bobbins exceed the same from the end of the swingarm.

Very nice job indeed, I especially like what you have done with the swing arm bobbins.

Would you be interested in making a set of these to sell??

Just wondering if it would be possible to make a groove in the rear ones so they could be used with a paddock stand??

They do work with my Valtermoto stand. Thats why the short one gets thinner (16mm).

Yeah I didn't notice straight away that they were sat in the paddock stand, that's spot on.
