Bent frame?

Hello all,
I replaced the right top engine mount as the last one was broken in a previous life, but the mount is about 6mm out of line and I can't get them line to them up. I've tried loosening the left mount and applying some force but can't get it close. Should I accept that the frame is bent and move on, or is there another option?
It's a shame as the front end that I thought was bent seems to be fine - the forks were just twisted in the yolks.
Any advice would be appreciated.
