Swing arm advise needed

Post by p.lally »

Hi all its been a while! My project has not been touched for about 18mths and I want to get it done.

I have had a change of heart about it and i am now going to make it a street fighter. I need to get it done and get riding it!

I want to extend my H2 swing arm by about 5", so I have been looking for a spare one to butcher! But only seem to find L model ones.
So my 1st question is does anybody have one that I could buy?

2nd. Does any body know of a different swing arm that will fit?

3rd. Ive seen some extensions you can by on the Internet (mostly in the USA) however they are for a lot newer bikes. Does anybody know of a place that does them for a ZXR 400 H2?

Any help would be great, thanks

Aren't h2 and L swingarms equal? I thought only h1 has a different one...

I'm not sure? But to look at they do seem very similar.

H2 and L are very different ..

H1 and H2 are interchangeable, H1 wheel spindle is smaller.

you could extend an H1 swinger more easily, and its got the brace on it too !

I Have a spare here somewhere

swaps for yours ?
