hi anybody know how easy it is to do the swing arm bushes/bearings on a zxr 400 ,,,,

depends how handy you are with the spanners....
Ive just done mine, only cos i had the bike in bits and got the frame powder coated. They are easy, just got to take yr time when putting them back in so you dont damage them.
If you havent got a suitable drift, use a socket of the same diameter (not to big or you will get it stuck in the frame!)
mine is a h tho( only 2 bearings), L model have 3 i think ( that center one might be a pain)

I found getting mine out proper hard, i actually got my local dealer to take them out. Getting them in was easy enough tho, as jake said, use a socket thats the same diameter to drive them in, as pack plenty of moly grease in too!
