clunking noise

Hello
can anyone advise on what could be causing a clunking noise when i take my bike off the side stand. i wodered if it was the head bearings but they seam to fine.

A litle more information please
Unless of course this clunk is the side stand as it returns to it's normal position

na man the side stand is up it sounds like a bearing loose but as i say the headstock seams to be fine. oh maybe its the swing arm bearings OOOPS

There's a number of bearings and bushes in the rear suspension any one of those could be the cause of a clunking sound.

I think i know what you mean mate, do you mean when you pull the bike upright? mine makes a few noises when doing that

Swingarm bearings?
Rear Shock?
Shock Bearings?
Wheel Bearings?
A spanner in the sump?
Try checking these.
