Stick Coil mod problems

Hello, Fitted CBR 03 stick coils, worked a treat, Problem now is every so often as the revs are falling ie: coming up to traffic lights, roundabout etc, the bike cut out instantly. At first I thought it was me stalling etc but its the same feeling as if I hit the kill switch.
The bike will start again as soon as you hit the starter. Thought maybe ione coil was faulty but if this was the case it would just misfire.
Wonder if the IC is to blame??
