Hey,
Cradley Kawasaki usually list them on ebay for about 7.00 each. Might be worth giving them a ring.
You can always adapt normal H4 bulbs to fit too by snipping the tabs off.
I have a set of these Adapter rings that I use on my VFR which uses the same H4R bulb.

Re: H4r headlight bulbs
Cheers neosophist. Contacted cradley and they sorted
Me out a couple of bulbs and were very helpful.
Also if I was to go over to standard h4 bulbs and
Use the adaptor ring you suggested would there
Be any issues with the switch gear or headlight
Burning out ?

Re: H4r headlight bulbs
I know this is an issue on the VFR's but I H4's and don't have a problem on my JDM bike as the lights are switched by a relay as there auto, which wasn't something that happened with the VFR.
So i think you'd be safe.

I used standard H4 bulbs and cut the 2 bottom tabs off.
Simples and cheaper.

Re: H4r headlight bulbs
because the hacksaw method works and is free?
I do 700 miles a week in all weathers including snow, that's roughly 35,000 miles a year, and some weekend warrior biker has the nerve to get out of his Audi at work to tell me to I was riding far too fast in the wet (over taking at 50... fast eh?).
