Loom routing.

I am restoring a damaged L3. Took the loom off last week to remove corroded connectors and bad wiring. The problem im haveing is the loom has been repaired before and I have no reference to what length some of the wires should be. I am also finding it difficult to get the front wiring on top of the engine to sit in a tidy fashion. I know there are diagrams etc in the manuals but im finding them hard to follow. Can anyone help with pics?
