Replacing a lead acid 12 volt battery with a Lithium ion Pol

I'm going to try of making a lithium battery for my bike.I am thinking to order 6 18650 cells(3,7v 3000mAh each cell http://www.ebay.com/itm/120649951848?ss ... 1497.l2649)
and a Protection Board(http://www.ebay.com/itm/260931553125?ss ... 1497.l2649) making a 11.1v 6000mah battery(3 in row with 2 cells parallel in each row).
Has anyone try something like this? am i going to have any problem with the lowest voltage of 11.1v(lithium cells can provide more cranking amps in comparison with lead)?
Any other suggestion!

old post, so dont know if you are still going ahead with this.

my experience of this was that unless you include a small circuit to manage the load on each cell during discharge and charge you will end up frying them one by one...

Yes it happend. circuit didn't make it.
My mistake was that i didn't even count anything(i have a lot of thinks in my head).
The circuit i use was able to give only 4amps and the starter motor needs abou 20amps. The cells doesn't have any problem suppling this much of amps for the sort time the bike needs to start.
I am not giving up, i found another circuit that supports continuous load of 30amps at 14.8v.
I hope i found the time to test when it arrives.
