What are these plugs for

Post by tink »

Whilst putting my bike back together after a year of sorting it out I have to plugs in my new loom which I don't know what they are for and are both located under the fuel tank
First one is the black plug

Next one is the white plug with a single cable

black one defo looks like the fan connector.

not sure about the single white one...looks "home made". if i remember my wiring you have got it wired to the LHS switch gear for the dipped/main switch judging by the wire colour...but why is another matter.

Just gotta work out the white one but if the bike runs and works fine once I start it I might just leave it
And yes it is on the LHS switch gear

all i can think, is that it connects to switch to the high/low fuse and/or the high/low bulbs...check around for single connectors that you might have missed.

connect the battery and see if high/low works, if it does i would leave it unconnected for now.
