no sparks to plug

I washed my bike and tried starting it,,,,,, den boom it refused to start,,,
I opened it cleaned the carbs,
changed the plugs,
checked the pump,
did everything possible,
then latter realized I wasn't getting sparks in my plug cords,,,, after about an hour of hassles it started nd I rode it home, it functioned well that whole day, next morning it refused to start up, after many hours it started again I rode it to my junction and the power went off while on idle, I did everything possible and till now it wouldn't start up, no sparks in plug, but engine rolls fine...... previous owner did some works on junction fuse box so am totally sad right now please I need help thanks
