Was there an official blue ZXR400 L1?

Hi there, I'm looking around for a ZXR to get as my first bike since I passed my DAS.

I ideally wanted the lime green and white scheme but they are on recent models and I can't find a good one for my budget (£1500 tops).

I've found a Blue metallic paint one with black frame. The owner claims its an official UK bike. 1991 Model year, so I presume L1?

Is this an official paint scheme? I notice its in the forum's signature at the top, fourth from the left. Also, it says "ZXR400" on the rear seat. I thought this was only for the H models with the newer L models only having "400" on them? Could someone clarify?

yes official uk bike, L1, black frame, 'metallic gitane blue' and early models do say 'zxr400' on the seat
