making a ram air
does anyone know if its possible to make your own ram air? or modify an existing airbox to make it similar?

i have looked at some designs and have found that i can make my own ram air. what do you think would be the better material to make it out of? fibreglass with aluminium netting for strength, acrylic or ABS plastic? if i can make them to a good standard i would probably be looking at selling them on here for 80-£100.
