plastic panel material?

hi there everyone,

can anyone out there please tell me the type of plastic material the panels are on a zxr400 H1, 99.9% sure the same material as the L models, had a look through the forum and carnt find anything, had a look on the panel and carnt see any symbols and dont want to take all the foam off it to have a look reason im asking is wanting to do some plastic welding and need to match up the plastics so they bond, think it could be ABS plastic but need to be sure. cheers guys

I believe its also abs. I've heard ppl fixing panels using coathangers in the part.

done it myself RobB with coathangers and a soldering iron, or zip ties
