Forks bent? Swapped forks? Someone put the triple clamp in backwards?

to echo ross's comments above, your wheel is WAY to close to your fairings, if the fairings are correct (i.e. not chinese knockoffs) then something is definitely wrong, some more pictures of the amount of fork sticking above the top yoke, and of the triple clamps would be good.

Try using a different camera please, the images are tiny, and you can post onto here by right clicking over the image on photobucket, pressing copy image URL then pressing the image button above when posting and pasting

Like other have said, check the forks, check that you have the correct wheel on there and take a very close look at the headstock.
Would be a shitter if the framed snapped....

Hi guys sorry for the length of time to reply ive been on nights. I will try and get more pics on later. The forks are level with the top yoke I think that's where they should be and the fairings came with the bike as spares but both them and the ones that are on rub even tho they are made differently (different finish and feel on the backside lol) the guy before just cut a strip out where the rhs engine cover is to move them away. Ive had a good look at the stem and front of the frame and I cannot see any damage or strange marks. Could anyone tell me the front fork length when the bike sat on a rear paddock stand only so I can compare and discount them
