Hi, just wandering if 1995 zxr400 fairings would fit on my 1991 zxr without any mods?

L model fairings wont fit on a H.

I have an L1 sorry

As long as it's an L and you're getting L fairings, they will fit with no mods!

There was no cosmetic change between 1991-2003, only headlight, slight engine internals and some different paint jobs.
