Yoke cover in black.

Post by CarneyUK »

I got fed up with my yoke cover being all scratched and looking naff. I was gonna get it re polished but decided to do it in black. Managed to get it so the writing still showed through. I used hammerite spray for the textured finish and just sprayed really lightly

Happy little bunny :smt003

Was having problems trying to find something to stick it back on with and then found

Pritt Permenant Glue Dots. They are 99p for a pack of 64 dots and they are like superglue once stuck. The dots are about the size of a 5p peice and about 1mm thick. If you need to stick anything down these little things are awesome!!!

Never even thought of that. Thanks anyway.

I've black hammerited most of the black bit's on the bike so it fits with the rest of the bike now. The only thing I was worried about was the ZXR 400 bit not showing through but it did. Tried hammeriting my AGV visor but can't see where I am going now!!
