ZXR750H1 Header pipes

Hi folk.
New here and just taken delivery of my first ZXR750H1 (green/UK). Really lovely condition and only 19000 miles but need some love and attention.
My first plan is the new exhaust system. It currently has the micron full system with a 63mm link diameter which the Micron silencer slips onto.
The silencer(muffler) is not good, so does anyone know of any good silencers that will fit the 63mm bore pipe.
I feel that bore is way too big so;
What ZXR headers fit the H1, the J,K,L headers from 91-95 ish?
