Black widow Exhaust (Sandy Bike)

Post by Miles »

Hello folks,

Bought a black widow exhaust system to replace the old system.

Problem is when I offer this system up it doesn't line up. In fact if you put pipe 1 into the head, pipe 4 is out by about an inch and and half!

I read people had to 'bend' these pipes to make them fit but surely not by that amount.

Any advice?

Maybe I've just got a bad one. But if you put pipe 1 in by the time you get to four then you would have to pull the pipe over an inch to get it into the head.

In my opinion too much. Maybe this is normal?

Seems to be normal that they´re a little too far out each other...

Can you please tell me if the downpipes have somehow baffles or things in the "link pipe" or if it´s only pipe and nothing else? I mean such things which the oem ones have...
