micron delta pipe clearence????????

hello! anyone here fitted delta pipework to there bike? ive recently fitted a full system for mine but cant believe how close the pipes are to the rear brake caliper bracket! ive tried pushing the pipes as far foward a possible but it wont budge. ive looked at photos of other zxrs with the same system and it looks to be in the same position. anyone had problems with this????

I've fitted Micron Delta sys to mine, fits fine - i thought. Beware the downpipes! They seem to have shifted slightly right and melted my bloody fairing!! Suggest checking and tightening within a few hundred miles. All else fits fine though.
