surely there must be a tolerance on the restriction? who's to say the machine that tested it wasn't out?
Don't forget people there is more to the zxr400 than this forum... check out www.zxrworld.co.uk also.

Depending on it's age, is it possible that it's dropped a few bhp on it's way?
I'm sure if it was dyno'd, even if it hit 34, they'd offer some lenience.

No worries thanx but sorted, 34 is manufatuors say, what usually out anyway, then im allowed up to 10% over so that fine, and its a 1998, but only 6000km on the clock so not too high milage, but its got a full art exhaust to that brings it up again. but with these in consideration it should be okay, but i mite get it dynoed.
