import bikes are restricted in the speedo to about 110. you can buy a little box of tricks that plugs into the back of the speedo.

do a search on the forum for "restrictor" or similar and you should find a load of info.

Are you taking it to 13k rpm through each gear? cuz unless your above 8/9k rpm for top you'll find it will pull slowly above 110.

With the import restriction, yes you can be restricted on speed but not acceleration. Itll take you upto the restricted speed at the usuall rate but soon as you hit 110ph thats it it wont take you any further.

Would this restriction be in the speedo?
The reason I ask, is that I have a speedo convertor to convert KPH to MPH so that I can get rid of that useless sticker, will this enable it to get to it's normal top speed?

On a track, of course :smt002

Yeah that would work fine mate, only thing is it mucks up your mileage readings. But yeah it would work as the speedo will never actually get to 180kmh cos itll vbe reading it in mph :smt001

do you mean 33bhp restricted? if its the standard import limiter then it will only restricted top speed

If its 33bhp then it will effect both
