top speed restriction?>?

Got my new zxr 400 but i dont think it will do 130 cause on the motorway i am doin 120km at 9rmp??
theres no rev restriction cause after 10k it goes rapid.

Check the back of your clocks mate, if its restricted the speedo will be plugged into the loom.

I don't think the issue here is a restriction.

if you are doing 9000rpm at 120kph (i think that's what you wrote?) then there's something wrong.

120kph is about 75mph, and a standard bike would be doing about 7500rpm at that speed.

your bike might have been downgeared, but it would have to be very extreme to give you 9000rpm at 75 - something like 13/50, which is just about possible but very unlikely.

is your clutch slipping?

Whats the loom??
clutch isnt slipping, will check the sprockets as well.

The loom is basically all off the wiring on the bike. There should be a wire that comes out of the back of the speedo and plugs into all the wiring.
