Restriction washer sealant

Im going to be fitting some restriction washers to my bike.I'l be making them up using the dimensions found on another thread,very handy.Could anyone advise me what sealant to use when fitting the washers.Thanks

any silicon rtv will do the job

hermetite red should do the trick!
