Can't see why not but as Kawasaki do not blend oil, it's toll blended by someone else on their behalf. Could be one of many.

Re: Oil advice and recommendations here
FWIW I have Rotella T synthetic 5w-40 for the last 800kM. Is it even available in Europe? No clutch slip but the motor was rebuilt (unsure if or when the clutch was replaced). I don't rag the bike too hard for too long so no torture testing. I am running it in my 07 ER6F and 06 SV650 without issues.
1 gallon/ 3.78L costs about $20/ 12.13 pounds.....weird I don't have that groovy L on my keyboard.

Re: Oil advice and recommendations here
Late reply but I use rock oil in my road zx7r, my track zxr400l1 and my country crushing DR650. Never had any probs. I bought a 25 litre drum for £100 so should last me 2 - 3 years. Its the cheaper stuff (semi synth i guess) but its been fine for me. I tend to change oil every year without fail regardless of mileage, the track bike a little more often.

Hi
You need a 10w-40 for your bike and here is our selection
http://www.opieoils.co.uk/c-782-10w-40.aspx
The best oils there are the Silkolene Pro 4 and Comp 4, Motul 300v, Redline, Amsoil, Shell Advance Ultra 4 and Castrol Power 1 Racing. The Motul 5100, Castrol Power 1, Shell Advance VSX and Silkolene Super 4 are good cheaper alternatives.
Cheers

Hey,
has anyone here have experience with Lucas Oil? It's an American brand and it seems legit in my eyes.
I can pick up 5 liters of semi-synthetic SAE 10W-40 for less than 30 euros (originally priced at 60 per jerrycan).

Hi
It's not something that we deal with. I don't know where you are, but 30 Euros for 4L doesn't sound that cheap to me.
Cheers

Hey
Thanks for your reply anyway.
It's cheaper than all other alternatives here, they're usually around €50 for 4L.
By the looks of it, it seems alright though doesn't it?
10W-40 Semi-synthetic, meets API SG/SF/CC/CD - JASO MA-2 - ACEA A3 standards.

Hi
If it's meeting the MA2 spec and it's a 10w-40, it should be fine.
Cheers
