I have an intermttent fault. Sometimes i go to start the bike and nothing, ignition lights all on, but dead, but you can hear the buzz when i press the starter button, clutch in, sometimes starts, sometimes nothing, side stand up, sometimes starts, sometimes doesn't, twiddle with key, same again, a combination of them all, same again. Sometimes I'll be trying for half an hour and then suddenly she fires. Have taken the side stand cut off switch off and cleaned it and all the wires and connectors in that area. Decided to just WD40 everyhting, ignition, starer button, clutch lever and a few pleading guestures. She started and has done everytime since. Why, Oh WhY?????

well since you treated all of the possibilites in one go and has been fine since, its quite hard to say, really.

Either way, i wouldnt be questioning it, it works, go ride it.
