hi guys, i recently replaced my head gasket myself, all went well and set the cam timing back up as per the manual, however now it does not run the same at all, in neutral it will rev all the way to redline, how ever in 1st only to arround 10,000. this gets lower and lower in each gear to about 6,000 in 6th.
when it reaches this rev range it looses all power and wont rev any higher, feels like someone just put their hand over the carbs.
things i have done so far: checked airbox/carbs for blockage, checked carb valves move smoothly, drained carbs, checked coils and plugs.
everything seemed to be in order and i am now stuck :/ my next thinkings are check cam timing and fuel pump
can anyone point me in the right direction please.
