Help, Multiple problems

Hi all been a while since ive been through this forum.

Well my car ran out of mot so whilst looking for a new one ive been running the bike everywhere through this nasty rain.
Thats when the problems started its running awful and seems loud. The bike sounds rough and runs awful doesnt want to go and is become hard to ride.
It also has a problem with the oil light not coming on could this be all related? and the rev counter is saying 3k idle yet it is defo not that high and says im doing 14k whilst in 5th doing 30 mph.

Any ideas where to start ? which wires are the oil sensor ones?

theres a schematic on the site somewhere for the wiring diagram, but surely it could just be that the bulb has blown?

Had the bike been sat for a while?

No been in loads of use through bad weather it was coroded earths, not running quite right at moment but rideable sounds tappy and lack of power gonna replace ht leads what size diameter is needed ?
