Right had nothing but trouble started the bike up after stopping for about half an hour if I stick full choke on the bike will fire up but on sit at 1k but if u even look at the throttle she will die but done a 28 mile ride about 5hours ago and didn't skip a beat any ideas the bike done the same yesterday so I stuck new plugs in it and new coil

Just a quick bit of advice, try putting something more detailed than "help" as your post subject. You said you put new plugs and "coil" in (im guessing you mean coils?), have you accidently dislodged something? Tried adjusting the idle speed up a bit? Has anything else been changed since the problems began? More information required really
