random bogging on pull off

Hi all got a random problem with oull off carbs have been stripped and clean dyno jet stage 1 fitted and now get random pull of bogging sometimes and thenn pulls of nice any idea why that is?

It also revs up random to 3k revs and cuts out when warm when you put it on stand

i have what sounds like exact same problem!! when sitting in standing traffic sounds like im revving the guts out then all of sudden revs get slower then stalls!! not much of a mechanic so would like some info so when i go to the garage it looks like i kno a little then dont get advantage taken so much, kno wot i mean
