Any pointers?
Engine running in the summer was fine.
In cold weather it has a permanent misfire, sounds like 1, maybe 2 cylinders BUT all the exhaust headers get hot(!). Very lumpy, when it starts on full choke it goes straight to 4k, reduce choke a fraction and it stops. Start again, lumpy, play with choke and it hunts around 2k, maybe ticks over about 1k but struggles then stops. Repeat and end up flooding it. Wait, start again. I recall when I had one new (30yrs ago) that the choke was all or nothing. Plugs are new, I am suspecting carbs or ignition/coils ... any ideas?
Another misfire...?
