they all seem pretty standard zxr probs that come up often on here. my used to have similar probs with hot and cold starting probs, but since i put a new battery on it seems to have lessened considerbly.
but i recon people would suggest getting the carbs balanced for this, or maybe the mix is too fuel rich?
my throttle sticks also, but i just ignore it now, i find a few blips when its sticking helps it settle.
im guessing this is not the definitive answer you were looking for, but im sure some others will chip on more authoritively! untill then have a browse for similar posts too

Hi,
I used to have this problem not so long ago, found out it was the manifold inlet rubbers leaking air. Whip them off, spread some silicone gasket sealer around them and stick them back on. You will notice the difference straight away when you start it. Also while you got the airbox off, just give the spark plugs a quick check on gap size, they should be 0.7 ~ 0.8mm Also check that the HT caps are tight on the leads, just give them a lil turn clockwise.
Regards
Rich
