How much engine oil

Hi, I'm about to do an engine oil and filter change, how much oil does the ZXR400 L2 take?

Somewhere round 3L but if you look in the zxrworld website it has the kwakaski service manual for the Zxr 400 L & H models.
The service manual gives you a step by step guide on the oil change procedure
Even has the racing manual on there as well.
