i use WD40 for the rear wheel, gets all the crap off and leaves it looking shiny.

parafin if the wheels are really dirty followed by WD40 (carfull not to get any on the brakes) but brings them up looking mint!

Then just what ever polish i've got on the panels along with BACK2BLACK on the textura parts

Paraffin, pressure washer.
WD40 afterwards in linkages etc.

For plastics, mirrors, noses etc I use Flash Wipes.

They also bring your lid up nice.

I then use AutoGylm resin polish stuff to weatherproof, and that stuff works very very well indeed at keeping water at bay.

Its fucking expensive tho ..

You do only need to apply one good coat every 6 months or so tho!

after using the resin polish i now swear by autoglym products and won't use anything else, unless people know better?

My most recent discovery is muc-off bike cleaner. Spray, agitate on the stubborn bits, hose off and job done.

Ill second autoglym polish and cleaners tho, they are very good.

And for this time of year finish off with some ACF50. Had the Versys in bits last week and its absolutely soaked in the stuff, in good time too just before they started gritting. Also makes your bike smell like new :smt003

I use the autoglym motorcycle wash and then the showroom polish spray buff it all up jobs a goodn'. Use the polish on the seat as it make it a little slippery so easier to slide your bum on the seat and also stops water from soaking through.

I have got some of the Muc-off as well for the MX bike which works wonders make it nice and easy for a general clean.

WD40 on the rims???? Never tired that before does it bring them out nice even if they have a load of muck on them?

have always found AutoSmart and Dodo Juice (no not poo juice!) the best for cleaning

company i used to work for asked me to trial some products - they are a courtesy car company and i was the valeter.

i came down to 2 options in the end, AutoSmart and Dodo.

this is using AutoSmart, some before and after shots

and we all know how hard white is to keep/get clean! notice the surrounding clean cars, they were also using AS

the next 2 shots of an RS250 and my old RS125, i used Dodo
