hi all my name is will and i am 19 yrs old i am now in the process of booking my test. I am very much taken by the zx4 its a beautiful bike and ticks all the right boxes for me i will be lookin into buyin one soon wiv about 1800 pound to spend at a maximum. wot do u think i can get for this price and wot model i do like the twin lights one but i prefer the newer shape one but will i b able to get one for my price. Im not to fused on mileage wise but obviously dont want to many. Is there anythin i should be lookin out for on these bikes or r they totally bullet proof lol. Thanks for ur help guys and i hope to soon own one of these wonderful bikes.

Hello Will and welcome to the forum.

You should be able to get a decent bike for 1800 quid, check out the buyers guide here

welcome mate, for £1800 you should be able to get a decent model around L5
Don't forget people there is more to the zxr400 than this forum... check out www.zxrworld.co.uk also.

thanks for the welcome i am gonna look at a dealer today see if they hav any or if they can get one in for me, if there is anyone sellin one on here for around this price let me know i do like the kawasaki green but to b honest am not too fused on the colour as long as it isnt pink. that guide is very helpful thanks m8. I hope to b riding one soon and meetin new ppl from here. thanks for ur help any other advice is welcome.

2 posts and your already degrading the colour pink, what dya reckon robB, ban him now?

sorry i dnt know about this pink thing lol i dnt mind the colour pink jus as im a bloke wouldnt want to b ridin round on a pink bike (u know wot ppl r like lol) i sooo want one badly but must pass my test first lol
