Hi everyone

Well, to start with I'm Matt and I’m 17, 18 next week
I've had my ZXR400 L6 for around 9 months now before that I had an Aprillia rs 125.
I REALLY want to get into racing bikes and I also want to learn all the mechanics so that I can do all work on my bike myself.
I would really appreciate some help and advice on how to start off racing. Also I’m from Wrea green not far off Preston, so if you know of any track days, rides out or meets around my area then give me a shout pleaaaseeeee

That's excatly what I was thinking. Very tidy 400, too good to race. Keep for the road and buy an old cheap one to trash

I was thinking the same! Cheaper to buy a pre-made race bike anyway. whose is the 12R ?
