You will need 03/04 discs with 03 forks, they are smaller in diameter than the 05-12 discs. The mount is shorter on the 03/04 forks that matches the diameter of the discs. The easiest way is to use the forks, wheel with spacers, and discs, from the 600. Slide the 400 fork/wheel out, slide the 600 forks into the stock triple. This is on an L model and they will stick out of the triples about 25mm. Your on your own on an H model as the triples are different.

You can use any year wheels, 03 to 12, the forks mounts are different to match the rotor size. You could use the larger disc with spacers on the 03/04 forks but that seem silly to me. You can use a different top triple to get rid of the 25mm of fork sticking out the top. The 600 forks are longer than the 400 forks. This is what I did, viewtopic.php?f=122&t=11048

To fit Wavy zx12 discs to the front, what are the spacer sizes for offsetting the discs? What size are the bearings-can I take them off another bike? For the rear, what disc can I use? Do I need to offset the disc at all?

Thanks guys!

I have a zxr6 rear wheel, and have bought the new bearings required to fit the spindle and wheel, but need some aluminium or steel tube to make a new spacer to go between the bearings.

Any idea where I can source some from?
