Generator / stator racing cover / guard.

Anyone know where I can buy a racing stator / generator cover? Binned the bike on the weekend and need a new one to pass scrutineering. Some guys at the track reckon they have knocked their own ones up with alluminium. Anyone got any tips / experience with this?

What is it your asking for a generator cover or a generator cover protector ?

I've never seen generator cover protectors for the ZXR the two big suppliers here don't seem to make them for the ZXR. Thats not to say that there are none available just that I've never seen any.

Any good Kawasaki dealer will sell you a very fine brand new generator cover

Hi
My genny cover is protected by a home made case saver.
Basically a piece of 6mm aluminium plate cut in a semi circle that covers half the case.
This is then welded to genny cover so that in the event of an off it has 6mm more to wear through before the case.
Sadly I've tried it several times & has always saved the case.
